CA ARCSERVE BACKUP WINDOWS EXCHANGE AGENT COMMON: 15.0
When attempting to expand, or backup the Exchange 2003 Database level Agent under Windows Systems object, "W2245" is recorded in the Activity log.
In the Exchange .trc file you will see the following message reported: "there is no sg in the service".
The above warning can occur, if the existing backup job is configured with Exchange 2003 selected under the Windows System object.
To resolved the problem, reconfigure the backup job:
